Natalie Minori Sconce

As a model in high school, Natalie Minori Sconce wondered whether if she could make the the kind of clothes she wore on the runway. She therefore decided to take a sewing class in high school in which she excelled so quickly that the school made an advanced sewing class to match her talent. Sconce has been an independent designer for the past six years. In 2007, she had the privilege of showing one of her designs at San Francisco Fashion Week as apart of the emerging stars collection. Since then, she has shown three collections and is now working as a fashion design instructor at San Joaquin Delta College where she not only founded the fashion program, but currently teaches and mentors student designers.
