Since the beginning of time, or somewhere around then, scarves have been one of fashion’s best-loved accessories. And no wonder, whether the forecast shows twenty degrees and snow, or warm ocean breezes and solid sunshine, a scarf is a best bet. Its easy, wearable nature is surely a big reason for this accessory’s popularity but there are a few simple things to keep in mind to ensure your scarf is current, flattering and appropriate.
