Nelli Rosh creative fashion designer & photo stylist from EUROPE, currently lives in Sacramento. Nelli graduated from the International Academy of Design & Technology. Currently she is in collaborative work with design studio Cool Style. She consults her clients on individual orders, and haute couture for special events.
