Nelli Rosh

Nelli Rosh is both a fashion designer and photo stylist from Europe who currently resides in Sacramento. Rosh graduated from International Academy of Design and Technology. She now does collaborative work with the famous design studio Cool Style. She consults her clients on individual orders for special events. Nelli’s approach and philosophies regarding fashion is both fresh and modern. Her ever present passion is to introduce her vision of how a woman’s soul lives in their dresses. Her pieces are much like the elegant designer herself: whimsical and delicate. Her aesthetic lends itself well to a romantic night out or to the red carpet.
